How does the trade-in program work?
- First prepare all required information.
- Select your new products and your return products.
- You will receive an offer with the value of the return payment.
- Enter the product details.
- Enter your contact details.
- Successfully uploaded invoice/proof of purchase document.
- Read and accept the Terms & conditions.
- Accept the offer.
- You will receive your order number and information on the next steps.
- After your order data have been successfully checked, your order will be approved.
- HPE will collect your old products.
What you will need
In order to protect the security of your data, registration is time limited (30 minutes) so we recommend that you have all details at hand before starting:
- New product: (Invoice, Serial number)
- Equipment to be returned: (Manufacturer, Modell, Measurements, Weight)
- Bank details
