We are pleased to offer our customers an attractive refund per TB of raw capacity for existing legacy HPE storage hardware or hardware from Dell/EMC, NetApp, Pure and other vendors, when purchasing a new HPE Storage or HCI solution.
HPE Alletra:
Up to $200 per TB can be claimed for old HPE Storage system or competitive systems when purchasing HPE Alletra.
HPE Primera, Nimble Storage, Nimble dHCI, HPE SimpliVity:
Up to $200 per TB can be claimed for old HPE Storage systems or competitive systems when purchasing one of the following platforms: Nimble, Primera, dHCI or SimpliVity.
HPE StoreOnce
Up to $100 per TB can be claimed for old HPE Storage system or competitive systems when purchasing HPE StoreOnce.
HPE MSA, HPE Apollo
Up to $50 per TB can be claimed for old HPE Storage system or competitive systems when purchasing HPE MSA or HPE Apollo.
We are committed to helping our customers recycle responsibly and securely. Our programs give IT hardware, such as servers, storage and networking products, a new lease on life, reducing environmental impacts from disposal and contributing to the
circular economy. Where products are not suitable for reuse like disk drives, these are shredded and put through a metal-recovery smelting process to recover material that can be used to manufacture new products. For more information on HPE recycling please click

- The calculated trade-in amount is not guaranteed if any special pricing conditions apply to a deal.
- In such case HPE may need to amend the trade-in offer depending on other pricing agreements.
- This offer is capped at 50TB per End-Customer.
- The seller of the new HPE product raises an application to participate on behalf of the end-customer with reference to an active HPE Offer ID or Deal ID.
- After review and approval by the responsible HPE officer, the participant receives confirmation of the final trade-in allowance.
- Approved applications are valid for 90 days and can be completed to request collection and refund within that period.
- Request for restitution must be submitted no later than 30 days after invoice date of new product purchase.
- Collection of trade-in equipment can be scheduled according to the preference of the participant within a period of 90 days after request submission.
- Please note: The return payment amount stated below serves only as a guide and may be adjusted by the person responsible at HPE to the value of the device or in accordance with special agreements.

In order to protect the security of your data, registration is time limited (5 minutes) so we recommend that you have all details at hand before starting:
- to submit an application to participate
- Active HPE Offer ID or Deal ID
- New HPE product
- Return product, Model
- to raise a request for restitution
- New HPE Product (invoice, serial number)
- Return product (brand, dimensions, weights)
- Bank details
- Pickup address, site contact email address
- Transfer of Ownership document (if the seller is acting for the end-customer)
