How does the program work?

  • Get the list of old equipment your customer wants to return.
  • Select eligible HPE Products and enter Return Products in the web portal to get a quote online.
  • Optionally, save the non-binding Offer for later completion and send by email.
  • Use the link in your non-binding offer to return to our website and complete your claim request providing required information.
  • As approved by HPE, pass on the quote for refund to your customer when selling new HPE products.
  • Read and accept the Terms & Conditions.
  • Receive an email immediately to confirm the details of your claim.
  • After data have been successfully checked, your request will be approved and you will be asked to confirm the pick-up details.
  • Follow the provided shipping instructions to prepare the Return Products for collection and safe transportation.
  • Receive refund directly to your bank account!

If your claim includes more than 20 products, the » Customer Service Center will be happy to support you with request entry.
 


The Process Timeline

Please complete the claim online with the link provided in the approval confirmation mail within 30 days after end-user Invoice date.
After receipt of your claim, we will need 10 to 15 business days to audit your submissions and contact you to complete the shipping arrangements for collection of your return products.
The period between acceptance of a request and the readiness for collection of the return product(s) must not exceed 90 calendar days.
Refund payments will be made to your bank account within 45 days after the delivery and satisfactory audit of the return product(s).

How we will determine the Refund Amount

  • A list of eligible new HPE Products is provided at the program start page.
  • Switches, Routers, Access Points and Controllers from any manufacturers are eligible for return.
  • Return Products and new HPE Products must belong to the same product category (switches can be returned against the purchase of new switches, access points for access points, etc.).
  • The calculation of refund amount is based on points assigned to the products.
  • For HPE Products and Return Products in the category Switching, Routing and Wireless Access Controller, points are equal to the number of functioning networking ports in each product. For Transceivers 1 point is assigned per product, for DAC cables 2 points.
  • For HPE Products and Return Products in the category Wireless Access Points, 1 point is assigned per product.
  • If you wish to attain the maximum refund for each HPE Product, the points for the corresponding Return Products must be equal to or greater than the points assigned to the new HPE Product.
  • If you are returning less points than purchased with the new HPE Products, your refund amount will be pro-rated.
  • When calculating your Offer, our website will automatically assign the highest possible refund amount for each point before sending our non-binding offer to you.
