Steps to claiming your reward
- The Channel Partner applies for participation before purchase of Aruba Central with a valid HPE Deal ID.
- Upload a document that indicates the existing Aruba Airwave support contract number and the customer name.
- HPE Aruba reviews the application and confirms the final refund amount.
- After purchase and reciept of the Aruba Central products the request for refund can be completed submitted by clicking the link provided with the approval confirmation mail.
What you need to complete the steps
Application
- active HPE Deal ID or HPE Offer ID
- Aruba Airwave support contract number and contract party
- End customer address and contact infromation
- VAT ID of the beneficiary
to raise a request for restitution- New HPE Product (customer invoice)
- Bank details
