Trade-In and get cash back
The application to participate with the program has to be raised by the HPE Partner or HPE Sales for the participant. The application requires approval by the responsible HPE officer. If approved, it is valid for 90 days (from the initial date on) to do the application for restitution.
Applications for restitution in the Trade-in program for the new HPE device must be submitted no later than 30 days after the date of invoice.
Please note: The return payment amount stated below serves only as a guide and may be adjusted by the person responsible at HPE to the value of the device or in accordance with special agreements.
Liability for income or any other taxes (e.g. local VAT) on rewards provided under this program is the sole responsibility of the participant!
How does the trade-in program work?
- Get the list of old equipment your customer wants to return.
- Get a quote for your Trade-In Offer online.
- Receive the non-binding Offer immediately by email.
- Pass on the trade-in-value to your customer when selling new HPE equipment.
- Use the link in your non-binding offer to return to our website and complete your claim request providing required information.
- Read and accept the Terms & Conditions.
- Receive an email immediately to confirm the details of your claim.
- After data have been successfully checked, your trade-in request will be approved and you will be asked to confirm the pick-up details.
- Follow our shipping instructions & deliver customer trade-in equipment to us.
- Receive Trade-In cash back directly to your bank account!

In order to protect the security of your data, registration is time limited (5 minutes) so we recommend that you have all details at hand before starting:

- Active HPE Offer ID or Deal ID
- New HPE product
- Return product, Model
- to raise a request for restitution
- New HPE Product (invoice, serial number)
- Return product (brand, dimensions, weights)
