What you will need


In order to protect the security of your data, registration is time limited (5 minutes) so we recommend that you have all details at hand before starting:
  1. to submit an application to participate
    1. Active HPE Offer ID or Deal ID
    2. New HPE product
    3. Return product, Model

     
  2. to raise a request for restitution
    1. New HPE Product (invoice, serial number)
    2. Return product (brand, dimensions, weights)
    3. Detailed logistics information (for a trouble-free collection)
    4. Bank details
    5. Pickup address, site contact email address

How does the HPE XP Trade-In work?

  • First, provide all the information you need.
  • Click the New Products preset and select your return products.
  • Here is a template with which you can enter the required information about the old product. The document will be uploaded later (as PDF or image format).
  • Type in your HPE Deal ID or OPG ID.
  • Enter your contact details, as well as your customer's contact details.
  • Read and accept the terms of the contract.
  • Accept the offer. (There is no trade-in value at this time. This will be carefully calculated based on your entries later.)
  • You will receive your reference number and information on the next steps.
  • And an e-mail that you have registered for our program (registration confirmation).

  • After successful verification of the order data, your order will be released.
  • You will immediately receive an e-mail (Approved registration).
  • In this email you will receive the trade-in value calculated by us.
  • After receiving your new HPE products, please use the link in the email and check your personal data.
  • If the pick-up address differs from the previously entered address, please enter it.
  • Please provide your pick-up details (date, time and special instructions).
  • In order to carry out a qualified collection, we have found that it is helpful if you complete this document and upload it as a document in the "Summary" step.
  • A copy of the customer invoice must be uploaded.
  • If the retailer is to receive payment, an additional Transfer of Ownership document declaration must be uploaded.
  • Read and accept the Terms & conditions and send the application.
  • Once your application has been successfully reviewed, the carrier will contact you to arrange a pick-up date.
  • Once the Processing Center has received the old equipment specified in the order, payment will be made to the bank account specified in the application.
